William Bentley is a Bronx-born artist and educator whose vibrant, narrative-driven work bridges fine art, public art, and community engagement. Founder of Art With Mr. Bentley and Vaughn Bentley Creative, he leads murals, exhibitions, and educational projects across New York City. His series A Traveling Dream, inspired by childhood resilience, features “dandelion children” as symbols of hope and transformation. Currently in residence at Art on the Avenue, Bentley develops new work while growing his online platform offering accessible art lessons. Through exhibitions, workshops, and storytelling, he inspires creativity, connection, and cultural reflection in the communities he serves.
