Kyle Kelly

Kyle Kelly is a native of Queens, NY. He attended Queens Preparatory Academy formally known as Springfield Gardens HS. Kyle had the opportunity to attend The Lincoln University the nations first institution of higher learner to grant degrees to African Americans. While attending Lincoln Kyle studied Criminal Justice and was also a member of the school’s football team. Upon graduating from Lincoln, Kyle began working in Far Rockaway, Queens helping residents living in public housing and homeowners recover from super storm sandy. He was tasked with developing maps of the peninsula, leading educational programs and being a liaison for the company.  

In 2018 Kyle made the decision to go back to school to pursue a master’s degree in business administration from Mercy College, now known as Mercy University. In January of 2024 Kyle began working at National Grid as a program manager for the borough of Queens then eventually moved on to the borough of Brooklyn. He serves as the bridge between the company and its many stakeholders and community partners. Kyle was presented with the opportunity to join the Jamaica Center for Arts and Learning board in 2025, this meant so much to him being a young man from the area and always seeing the JCAL building, now having the chance to be a part of its growth moving forward. Aside from his work Kyle is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity incorporated by the way of the New York Alumni Chapter where they not only believe in serving communities but promoting achievement in every field.
