Tiana Liriano has over 12 years of experience in real estate and community development, with a background in managing real estate assets, public-private partnerships, and capital and grant programs across nonprofit and public-sector organizations. She serves as Director of Real Estate & Property Management at Greater Jamaica Development Corporation, where she oversees a 175,000+ square-foot mixed-use portfolio and leads mission-driven development initiatives that advance housing stability and community economic development. Tiana brings a strong stewardship and risk-management perspective to her work, with deep expertise in affordable housing development, program design, federal funding compliance, and interagency coordination. Her prior experience includes managing post-disaster housing recovery programs serving homeowners at the Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery, leading federal grant governance at the MTA, and supporting affordable housing and repair initiatives at The Community Builders and Enterprise Community Partners. She has been recognized as a Crain’s New York Business 40 Under 40 honoree
