Alix Baudin

Chair, BaScale Capital

Alix Baudin is the Founder and Managing Member of BaScale Capital, where he acquires and operates lower middle-market businesses across industrial and business services sectors. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Will Packer Media, leading the day-to-day operations. He continues to serve on the Will Packer Media Board of Directors. Earlier in his career, Alix held senior leadership roles at Scripps Networks Interactive, Dow Jones, Newsweek Digital, and ESPN, with responsibility for product strategy, capital planning, and digital operations. He began his career in investment banking and asset management at JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs, focused on the telecommunications, media, and technology sectors.

A Queens Village native, Alix holds an MBA from The Wharton School and an MSE from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Bachelor of Science from The City College of New York. He also completed the CTAM Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
