Veronica Ferrero, a Vice President and Community Lending Officer for Emigrant Mortgage, a Division of Emigrant Bank will lead the seminar.
In her role as Emigrant’s Community Lending Officer, Veronica works to educate consumers, especially first time homebuyers. Veronica walks consumers through the home buying process, credit requisites and mortgage products, setting first-time homebuyers on their path to home ownership. Veronica also believes in general financial education offering her assistance in imparting financial skills such as budgeting, wants vs needs and credit management.
Lastly, Veronica also looks to protect members in the community by educating them through her Identity Theft seminars and webinars, which outline the various types of scams and provides tips on how to avoid falling victim to these schemes.
