Dawn Cotter-Jenkins (Secretary) is an adopted daughter of Queens since 1995. She is licensed by New State Office of Professions and serves on the New York State Education Department, Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. She has worked as a speech and communications adjunct lecturer at Queensborough Community College, York College, Bronx Community College and Lehman College. She is currently a full-time Clinical Supervisor in the Communications Sciences and Disorders department at Adelphi University. In her private practice, World Class Speech Services, Dawn improved speech and communication skills for people of all ages. Her clients ranged from children with delayed speech development to professionals in corporate America in the areas of professional voice use, public speaking and accent modification.
