David Thomas (Vice Chair) is a Senior Vice President, Global Retail Bank, Citigroup, Inc. In this capacity, he is responsible for managing and delivering new capabilities to Citi’s retail branches and ATMs worldwide. David previously held product management roles at Citishare, an internal processor of ATM and debit POS transactions providing services to 30+ global Citi retail bank and credit card businesses. Prior to joining Citigroup, David was an IBM Management Consultant focused on emerging technology and business process re-engineering projects in the financial industry. He has managed and implemented cross-department and cross-enterprise projects for major banks and brokerage firms in the U.S. David is a recipient of the “Black Achievers in Industry” award and is currently on the Board of Directors for the Jamaica YMCA in addition to JCAL. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the City College of New York. He enjoys participating in a variety of sports and community outreach projects.
